Returns, Refunds & Warm Weather Policy
We truly appreciate your support and want you to enjoy every sweet moment with our products. Because we sell perishable sweets and chocolate, we kindly ask that you review our policy below.
Returns
If you need assistance with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to review any concerns before authorizing a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but if your items arrive damaged:
Please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and the shipping box so we can review the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a refund or replacement.
Warm Weather & Melting
Chocolate is naturally sensitive to heat, especially during warmer months.
While we take care in packaging your order, melting may occur during transit or if a package is left outside after delivery. Slight softening or melting that can be re-solidified does not affect quality and is not considered damage.
We kindly ask customers to: • Monitor tracking information • Retrieve packages promptly upon delivery • Reach out before ordering if temperatures are high and you’d like to discuss shipping options
We are not able to offer refunds for melting caused by weather conditions or carrier delays.
Taste Preferences
Taste is personal and unique to everyone. If a product is within its expiration date and not defective but simply not to your preference, we are unable to issue refunds.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
